About the Festival

"Baltic and Israel Talents" festival  will take place for the 16^th time already. It unites children from the age of six, attracts youth and also the older generation. The first festival took place in 2006, we had about 400 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland. The festival in 2007 and 2008 brought us some 200 additional participants, altogether in only five nine we had more than thousand talented participants from different genres. In just 10 years the Festival was attended by about 2,000 participants in various categories.

The festival attracts more attention every year. The geographical range is widening the expectations from the public are also growing. In this way making the perspectives for participants and winners ever greater, making the festival more important, prestigious and divers.

Festival "Baltic and Israel Talents" took place in many prestigious stages – in Riga Congress Hall; in Concert Hall "Dzintari", Jurmala, Latvia; Riga Philharmonic; Riga Circus; Nica, France; on cruise ship Riga-Stockholm-Riga.

The nomination of prize winners among the participants is a part of the festival. We had already subscribers from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, Russia, Finland, Germany, Israel.

Already the fifth year in October, November or December the Final of the competition is held in the resort city Tiberias, Israel - in the Youth Center of the city, in the city Theater and in the Concert Hall of the House of Trade Unions.It was then that the former name "Baltic talents" was renamed to "Baltic and Israel talents".

THE PURPOSE OF THE FESTIVAL:
• To help young performers from different countries unite under the common goal of culture, art and music;
• To stimulate in life important categories such as: love, family, friendship, togetherness, healthy way of life;
• To stimulate cultural free time for a family;
• To discover talents among any member of society whatever their background may be;
• To exchange experiences and successes in the field performing art;
• To stimulate international connections through art and culture.

FOR WHOM THE FESTIVAL IS INTENDED:
People of all ages of all nationalities and from all religions. So, there is no limitation whatsoever.
